Drugviu is a population health platform that empower communities of color to use their data improve their health outcome. Our data helps minority populations know the experiences, side effect of people like them who have taken the medication they are about to take. Our customers are pharmaceutical and insurance companies. Our team consists of health tech executives and medical advisors. Our mission is to help improve the health outcomes of 40% of Americans and empower them to be more engaged in their health. Drugviu was launched in March 2019.
2nd Place: Valhalla Healthcare

Mission: We’re a team of healthcare providers and data scientists leveraging artificial intelligence to deliver the affordable, accessible, and effective healthcare everyone deserves.
Product: Allevia™ is a fully patient-driven, AI-powered intake solution that automates clinical documentation for healthcare providers.
3rd Place: Uppstroms
Machine learning analytics to address upstream social risk for promoting better health.
Uppstroms was founded by five seasoned researchers with expertise in public health, epidemiology, health policy, medicine and machine learning who are affiliated with Indiana University and the Regenstrief institute. With the support of these institutions, we have filed for patent rights for our work, and are in the process of recruiting a Chief Executive Officer and establishing a commercial entity to productive and launch our services. To date, our application has won two notable competitions; the AMIA 2019 Pitch IT contest and the Indiana Inject Tech Challenge of 2019.

Started in 2017, our innovative software solution is one of less than a dozen digital health solutions in the country to receive 100% certification by the National Center For Quality Assurance in the management of HEDIS and AMP measure reporting. After an initial pilot in collaboration with MD Anderson, we have started taking on full clients with two more under tow.
